These terms and conditions govern your use of any and all services and/or products of H Kyle Boutique. For purchases via our website (www.shopHKyle.com), by clicking on the “Accept/Submit Order” button you agree to the terms of this agreement which will bind you. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you must cease to continue to purchase any Services/Products from us.

All data, facts & references on our website are provided for information purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, prescribe or replace the advice of professionals. By purchasing our products, you accept the responsibility to check with a professional before using any products that may interfere with drugs or medical conditions. www.shopHKyle.com accepts no responsibility for incorrect use of information or products. All representations relating to purpose of use are excluded to the full extent permitted by law and we accept no liability.
II. Terms of Sale
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. In order to contract with www.shopHKyle.com, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. (a) Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
(b) Pricing and Availability
While we make every effort to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate at time of going online, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
(c) Payment
Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The funds received upon the debiting of your card will be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the deposited funds will be used to pay for the goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email. (d) Returns Policy Please inspect your items upon receipt to make sure the item is in good condition. All items must be returned to us in their original condition with all original tags still attached in order to receive a STORE CREDIT. Unworn & unwashed. Smoke, deodorant, make-up, and perfume free. We must receive your return within 10 days postmarked from the date of receipt. Your store credit will be issued to whichever platform the purchase was made on (Brick & Mortar / Website). *** The receipt MUST be included in the returned package in order to get your store credit.*** The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged return packages. Store credit cannot be applied to a future order until a return is processed. The following items are FINAL SALE:

• Home + Gift Items
• Discounted
Merchandise including flash sales, holiday sales, celebration sales, or any other type of discount. These items will not be accepted if returned.
e) Shipping
All purchases are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
● All US shipping addresses are charged a $8.00 flat rate fee.
● All domestic purchases are given a tracking number for shoppers to be able to track their package's delivery date.
● 2-3 business days is the processing time and does not include the shipping time.
● 3-5 business days is the shipping time and does not include processing time.
● We are closed Sundays and Mondays and start processing weekend orders on Tuesday in the order that they were received. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
● If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
● If a package is shown as delivered via USPS but has been stolen from your residence, you must file a claim with your local post office or shipping vendor. Stolen orders will not be replaced by us.
III. Variation
www.shopHKyle.com has the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the products and/or any page of this Website.
IV. Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is subject to English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in connection with any dispute hereunder.
