All purchases are shipped through the United States Postal
• All US shipping addresses are charged a $8.00 flat rate fee.
• All domestic purchases are given a tracking number for shoppers to be able to track their package's delivery date.
• 2-3 business days is the processing time and does not include the shipping time.
• 3-5 business days is the shipping time and does not include processing time.
•We are closed Sundays and Mondays and start processing weekend orders on Tuesday in the order that they were received. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a signiﬁcant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
• If a package is shown as delivered via USPS but has been stolen from your residence, you must ﬁle a claim with your local post ofﬁce or shipping vendor. Stolen orders will not be replaced by us.
• Please allow 5-10 business days for processing your store credit
• Once processed your store credit will be sent to the email associated with the order that was provided at checkout. If you do not see your store credit in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam folder.
• We do not notify customers when we receive the return package. We recommend keeping your return tracking so you can track when it has arrived back to our location.
• If you haven’t received a store credit in a timely manner, you can email us at email@example.com. Please include your order number and first and last name in the email.
IN-STORE PICKUP ORDERS
When you receive your order confirmation, don't go to the store just yet! You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Orders placed before 1:00 pm will be available for same-day pickup starting at 3:00 pm.
Pickups are eligible for exchange or store credit within 10 days from the date of purchase, not the date picked up. Purchases completed as “In-Store Pickup” are held for 30 days. If your item is not picked up after the 30-day window, it will be donated. We are not responsible for your purchase after the 30-day window and a refund will not be given.
Due to the limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges simply because we cannot guarantee that the item you are trying to exchange for will still be available when the return reaches us. If you are needing a different size/color in an item, you can send the item back and indicate that you would like a store credit for the return and use the store credit to repurchase the item in the size/color you would like.
DAMAGED | DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Our team checks all items for any damages or defective areas before shipping them out to you, but we know we are human and sometimes make mistakes. So, if you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective, this is for you!

Please inspect your items upon receipt to make sure the item is in good condition. All items must be returned to us in their original condition with all original tags still attached in order to receive a STORE CREDIT. Unworn & unwashed. Smoke, deodorant, make-up, and perfume free. We must receive your return within 10 days postmarked from the date of receipt. Your store credit will be issued to whichever platform the purchase was made on (Brick & Mortar / Website).
